Profile Information

Known throughout the industry as "The King of Swerves", Mirage built a career on garnering the trust and friendship of many only to destroy that trust/friendship in a very public and often brutal way. In one of the more brutal and heinous feuds (or series of stunts if you prefer), Mirage "crowned" the character sister of Deathwatch and Punisher and close friend of OutKast (named Sahara), as the queen of AODWF by planting a crown of barbwire on her head while her brothers watched on and a helpless OutKast took in the horror from below the jumbotron. When OutKast went to make the save, Mirage threw Sahara off the jumbotron through the stage below, however, story later revealed it was all a stunt planned by Mirage. Months into the feud, Mirage faced OutKast in one of the first ever Hell in a Cell matchs that took place on a regular Monday Night show. Sahara would become involved in the match, and a scene unfolded where Mirage threatened to throw the "already injured" Sahara off of the cage placing OutKast in a precarious position of choosing to either save his friend or to finish Mirage and claim the world title. OutKast saved Sahara which wound up costing him the match. Mirage stood victorious in the Hell in a Cell in one of the more memorable non-PPV main event matches of it's time. When the fued culminated at the yearly big PPV event in a ladder match, Sahara revealed her true colors in an attempt to help Mirage, but only succeeded in sparking a fire in OutKast that Mirage was unable to contain. OutKast won the AODWF World Title and subsequently ended one of the most memorable title reigns in AODWF history.

Considered one of the great storytellers in the industry, Mirage would often meticulously plan a story from start to finish while relying on his opponents to sell the idea and keep the plan very secret from industry insiders to preserve the suprise endings. Quite often, Mirage would switch the endings at the last minute to the dismay of those invovled, thus garnering him the name the King of Swerves. Although one would believe this wouldn't continue working, people would continue to work with Mirage as he had a way of bringing talent alive, so the risk of working with him was often worth the reward.

Mirage has held multiple titles, including the Shoot Project and AODWF World Championship Titles.
