Entrance Structure
For all shows, there is an entrance stage just as you would see on Monday Night
RAW. It extends ten feet from the entrance curtain and forty feet in width.
For STRIFE events (which includes the SuperCard STRIFEs), there
is an entrance ramp which gradually extends downwards to the arena floor, stopping
seven feet from the ring, the same distance as the "ringside area"
all around the ring.
For Pay Per View events, the ramp is replaced by an elevated
walkway which extends all the way to the ring apron. The structure at the ringside
area has an apron just as the ring does.
LEGACY Vision Jumbotron
Above the entrance curtain, extending the full length of the entrance stage
is the gigantic screen which allows the fans to watch video clips, backstage
happenings, and high definition close-ups of what's going on during matches.
The jumbotron has a name: The LEGACY Vision Jumbotron.
Announcer Placement
The three-man announce team is seated at a four-person table at the ringside
area, directly opposite the entrance ramp. The table has built-in monitors which
are mounted at an angle below the table surface.
The Ring
LEGACY uses a standard four-sided ring. The apron surrounding the ring is burgundy and contains the LEGACY logo and slogan ("How do you want to be remembered?").
Crowd Security Barrier
For security reasons, there is a steel fencing set up around the ringside area, covered with padded panels for aesthetic purposes and to provide a bit of protection for any wrestlers who come into contact with it. On occasion, advertisements are put onto those panels.
LEGACY holds a bi-weekly event called STRIFE. For shows where most (or all)
of the championships are being defended, it is considered a SuperCard. Because
LEGACY has had problems with time constraints in the past, STRIFE shows do not
show full matches. Prior to the event, the announce team tapes intros for each
of the scheduled matches, giving a bit of background for why the matches are
taking place and letting viewers know what's going on with each of the competitors
at the time. After all matches for the show take place live, the LEGACY editing
team works to determine the length of footage to show for each of the matches.
Because the introductions to the matches are taped, the announcers don't know
what will transpire and therefore don't provide any hints as to who won the
match or what transpired.
STRIFE airs on the FX network, on varying days of the week.
Four times a year, LEGACY holds pay per view events. As of 2009, GLIMMER OF HOPE and DESTINED FOR GREATNESS were chosen to be pay per view events which occur each year, with some considering DESTINED FOR GREATNESS the flagship event for the organization.
For any weekend in which a pay per view event occurs, LEGACY holds an event on Friday, typically with matches of lesser stature than what will occur on Sunday. The Friday event is called a pre-show and does not usually happen in the same venue as the Sunday night event, however it typically occurs in a venue within a 10-15 mile radius. This event is broadcast on the same channel on which the Sunday night pay per view event is shown, however it is shown as a free preview on that network. The pre-show is also available through the LEGACY website and is rebroadcast just prior to the pay per view on Sunday. The pre-show is edited together similarly to an episode of STRIFE.
The Tao of Valor Championship is set up to provide competitors the opportunity to display their well-roundedness inside the ring. Some of the title defenses a champion will undertake involve any one of four match stipulations, each testing a different facet of a competitor's ability. If the winner of a Tao of Valor title stipulation match becomes champion (which is not the case if the result is by disqualification or count out), they receive a token pertaining to the stipulation for that particular match. Gathering all four Tao of Valor tokens during a single title reign allows the competitor to trade in the collection for a guaranteed World Title shot. Competitors don't have any official say in determining which stipulation will be chosen for a match, though the front office won't select a stipulation for which the champion already earned a token during that reign.

With the popularity of hardcore wrestling, LEGACY has a division set up for competitors who excel with relaxed rules. No Limits lives up to its name by placing very few restrictions on competitors in the division. There are no disqualifications in No Limits matches, and the only way a competitor can get counted out is if they leave the arena bowl area (the portion of the arena with the seats) and none of the opponents go after them. No Limits matches can be fought backstage, but the action must, at some point, occur in the ring. Pinfalls and submissions can occur anywhere, and the matches may stop as a result of referee stoppage. If a match goes outside the arena, the referee and camera crew will do its best to follow. If the referee can not follow the competitors, the match will be declared a draw. Any damage to non-LEGACY caused by the competitors will be charged to the appropriate competitor. If a competitor dies during a No Limits match, the opponent can be held legally responsible.
Although there is some confusion surrounding LEGACY International by those
who are new to LEGACY, it is not another championship division. Instead, LEGACY
International operates as a separate entity, with a Board of Directors, roster,
and staff all of its own. It operates primarily outside of North America. In
the past, some matches from LEGACY International have been shown on LEGACY broadcasts,
but this was done in an attempt to promote the company, in which LEGACY owner
Rob Belote has made a significant investment.
